First Financial Coaching Sessions

I hope this post gives you a clear picture of what to expect during your first coaching session.

A fresh start isn’t a new place, it’s a new mindset.

  • #1 thing that you need to bring with you is your budget sheet.
  • Whatever you use to take notes, please bring to your coaching session.
  • Make sure that you also bring a list of your financial goals.

Your first coaching session will last for one hour. We will be going over your budget (Reminder: please double check. Have you lent any money to friends or family? Do you have pets?) This is what will take up most of the time within your first coaching session.

I will be learning about what motivates you to reach your goals and getting to know you so I can create a plan that best fits your personality and habits.
